4. Permitted Use & License

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Wedapt for educational purposes. Any misuse, reverse-engineering, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

5. Content Ownership & Conduct

  • You retain ownership of any content you upload.
  • You must not upload illegal, abusive, or infringing material.
  • We reserve the right to remove harmful content and suspend accounts in violation.

6. Privacy & Security

We collect and process data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Data is stored securely on EU-based servers, and we apply industry-standard encryption and access controls.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wedapt is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. You can close your account anytime via your dashboard or by emailing us.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes will be resolved in Berlin, unless consumer law grants other protections.

10. Updates

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version. Material changes will be announced in advance.
