From inside the app

If you are signed in on the mobile app, open Profile → Account → Contact support. Your message reaches us together with the technical details we need to help — device, app version and where you were in the app — so you do not have to describe them yourself.

Accounts come from your school

Wedapt is provided to students and teachers through their school, so you cannot create an account yourself. If you do not have sign-in details yet, ask your teacher or the person who administers Wedapt at your school.

If your school does not use Wedapt yet and you would like it to, write to us at contact@wedapt.ai.

Trouble signing in

  1. Check that you are using the email address your school registered for you.
  2. Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to set a new one.
  3. Still stuck? Email us and include the name of your school.
